The overall theme of the research in our laboratory is to develop systems and algorithms for biomedical imaging and therapeutics. We are specifically interested in intelligent biomedical imaging and sensing ranging from molecular imaging to small animal imaging to clinical applications. Furthermore, the research in our laboratory is focused on image-guided therapy and therapeutic applications of ultrasound and other forms of energy such as light.
